Sudo Capabilities

Hello all,

I am a new user of Sudo, and I don't understand its performance. I want Sudo
to execute some root commands in several machines but i only want to install
sudo in one host, from which i would run the commands. Is this possible or
not?. Should i install Sudo in every host where i want to run the root
commands?. If not How can i run the commands remotely?, with remsh?
