[sudo-users] env_keep with sudo (NLSPATH) does not work as expected

I'm not sure what would cause this.  Was the sudo binary your are
using on Solaris 8 built on Solaris 8 or a different version of
Solaris?  Did you build it yourself or did you install a binary
package?
