[sudo-users] sudo selinux patch

Hi,
I am getting the following error,
sesh: Error execing /tmp/updc22520: Exec format error
for a sudo step, which reads a temp file created using mktemp tool

This is happening with sudo 1.6.8 + SELinux activated

I think am hitting Redhat bug "selinux patch breaks sudo noexec capability"
If I disable the SELinux, everything works fine.

Is there any work around to this issue?
**
*Thanks*
