| (Much discussion about compiling and linking on solaris)
Okay, my solaris link errors are somethign specific to my workstation.
I was able to successfully compile link and run on a "clean" solaris build.
However, I'm still seeing some oddities on solaris. Sudo runs, but
attempts to do a sasl bind instead of a simple bind (wtf?), still
produces an error message about failing to support ldap_start_tls_s(),
and apparently as a result of the bind error, finds none of the ldap
sudoers records.
I suspect these are the result of simply copying an ldap.conf from a
linux node to this test solaris node. If I recall, solaris ldap
libraries work somewhat differently than openldap, and requires some
tweaking to get it to work. I'll try using a binddn and bindpw instead
of anonymous binding, for instance.
