[sudo-announce] sudo anoncvs server change

A week or so ago I moved anoncvs.courtesan.com (aka anoncvs.sudo.ws)
to a different machine.  As a result the ssh keys changed too.

The fingerprints for the new server are as follow:
    sshv1 (rsa): 1024 89:70:ac:22:ef:53:b2:1b:94:cc:65:f9:46:f9:f0:9f
    sshv2 (dsa): 1024 21:3d:72:2d:b9:23:ee:17:45:81:ca:67:57:6b:97:9a
    sshv2 (rsa): 1024 aa:45:78:76:16:eb:90:58:6f:14:37:31:68:40:c1:fa
