[sudo-announce] Sudosh version 0.7.0 now available

Sudosh version 0.7.0 is now available.  It includes fixes to the
Sys::Syslog:syslog() calls so that they are correctly formatted so
that sprintf() doesn't complain.

Major fixes include:

* Proper call to Sys::Syslog:syslog()
* Corrected (removed) VERSION header

TODO for 0.8.0
Rewrite the sudosh-view-session in sh instead of ksh.
