[sudo-announce] Sudo version 1.6.9p19 now available

Sudo version 1.6.9p19 is now available.

Major changes since Sudo 1.6.9p18:

 o Fixed configuration of SIA authentication on Digital UNIX.

 o Standardize on "option" instead of "flag" when referring to command
   line options in the documentation.

 o Fixed behavior when ^C it entered at the password prompt on MacOS.
