Log Message:
	Treat LDAP_OPT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT (Tivoli Directory Server 6.3) the
	same as LDAP_OPT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT (OpenSSH).
	Don't make failure to a set an ldap option fatal.
