Log Message:
	Enable the use of OpenSSL if log client/server not disabled.
	This adds a dependency on OpenSSL unless it is explicitly disabled
	(--disable-openssl) or the sudo log client and server are disabled
	(--disable-log-client and --disable-log-server).
