su disabled by sudo

Greetings:

I'm running sudo on Solaris 2.6. After putting /usr/sbin/su in the sudoers
file once and then removing it, I can no longer run su under any
circumstances. So now my only option is to sudo su. How can this
situation be remedied?

Thank you for your help.
