SUDO cannot execute

I've been using SUDO for a few weeks now and haven't had any trouble
with it until Today!

The error I'm getting when trying to execute SUDO is:

"/opt/security/sudo-1.6.3p3/sudo:  cannot execute"

The only thing I can think of that might be the problem is that I've
been making some changes to the "configure" file.  I've made sure that
the "user" has the right permissions in the sudoers file.
