!!! ndc restart

Hi folks
	I need my staff to stop and restart DNS process via command ndc restart. I 've added ndc command in Cmd_Alias already. But after I do the test  I got this messages in the /var/adm/messages.

Nov  9 16:32:26 dns1 named[14496]: ctl_server: bind: Permission denied
Nov  9 16:32:26 dns1 named[14496]: couldn't create pid file '/usr/local/etc/named.pid'
Nov  9 16:32:26 dns1 named[14496]: bind(dfd=20, [127.0.0.1].53): Permission denied

Give me the suggest how can I let the ordinary user can use sudo to use ndc restart for start , stop DNS.
