Does the latest version of sudo support kerberos ticketing?

I have set Password prompt timeout to 3 mins. Where does sudo
store the ticket in users home dir.. What is the name of the file?

We are using sudo with kerb5 authentication. when I try to sudo to become 
root, it takes a long time to login. Is there a way I can
speed this process.
