Sudo Query

I have just installed sudo on a Solaris 2.6 server. I have configured and
tested using a normal id and was able to run a unix command (./sudo mkdir
/pete) OK. However, once I had deleted it and tested again using the same
command, I now get the following message :-

fatal flex scanner internal error--end of buffer missed

Can anyone help with this please ?
