Strange error

Hello,
I am running sudo 1.5.4 on Solaris 2.6. I am receiving the following error.  I have already attempted to reload the sudo utility to no avail. At this time all of my sudo users are down on this system. I need help ASAP.

Timestamp directory has wrong permissions, ignoring.
