Host_ALias = localhost

I am trying to restrict commands only on the local box.  However,
the hostname and/or IP address can be changed through a web based setup 
page, so I want to create a Host_Alias that points to 'localhost' or 
'127.0.0.1'.  It seems this cannot be done.  Any help?
