setuid(0): Operation not permitted

Hi there,
I have just installed sudo on Mac OS X server.

When one of my users attemps to run sudo, they get the following message
"setuid(0): Operation not permitted"
even sudo -l gives this message. I read that this can be a problem
if the disk is mounted with nosuid set but I have checked the
configuration and this does not appear to be the case. I can run
other scripts as this user which have been chmod 4111. Does anyone
have any pointers they could share.

Thanks,
Stuart
