Question about Sudo

What happens if you create a link under /aaa/bbb/ccc to another directory ?
I should imagine it'd just follow the link regardless of the final
destination.

That will be a hell of a sudoers file.
  What I want is the user to have full root-access with
  cp/ln, tar, cpio, etc anywhere recursive below /aaa/bbb/ccc
