Using group IDs rather than User IDs

Hi,

I need to give sudo access to a number of different users. All of these
users belong to the same UNIX group ID. I know I can create a User_Alias 
line and add all the user IDs, but can I some use the UNIX group ID to my 
advantage, especially since this is a somewhat dynamic set of users?
