"Jack" is a user. Sudo runs commands as root. Try sudo <command> while
you're logged in as "jack".

Subject: new at sudo

Hi I just installed SUDO and I have a few questions. I made a user alias
in the sudoers file and gave him the all root permission with the follow
commands.
User_Alias FULL = jack
FULL ALL = ALL

when i try to login with the password
sudo jack
it ask for my password and after I supply my password then it says
sudo jack command not found.

Did something wrong.

Thanks Phil Gates
