Hello, I have Sudo 1.6.6.0 on an AIX 4.3.3 system. I have a single script
setup to use sudo to start or stop a dmi listener as another user in the
background. Recently the script is causing one or two defunct process to be
created when it is executed as a cron or as a shell script. The defunct
process go away after using the script to stop the listener. Starting the
listener by itself, as the appropriate user, does not create the defunct
process's. Any ideas???
TIA,
