Sudo password

Hi,

I am new to sudo I just want to seek some help with the following issue.

1. I have sudo 1.6.5p2 on HPUX it is defaulting the sudo log to
/var/adm/syslog/syslog.log, how do I configure the sudo so that it
    records all log to a separate sudo log like /var/adm/syslog/sudo.log?

2. How do I configure the sudo so that when it ask for password it
shouldn't be the users passwd but password of it's own but certainly not
the root passwd.
