What OS are you running? (I would guess AIX), what version of sudo
is this?  Did you compile it yourself or install a binary package?
If a binary package, where did you get it from?

There is no "isblanck" in sudo though there is "isblank".  Sudo's
configure script check for the existence of isblank and uses its
own if needed.
