mailing list policy change

This is just a heads-up that I have changed the sudo list config
such that posts by non-members now go to the moderator (me).
That means that if you send a message from an address other than
the one from which you are subscribed you'll have to wait for me
to approve it.

It's a bit of an annoyance (especially for me :-) but it does mean
that the lists are now spam-free.  Even with SpamAssassin filtering
a lot of spam was still getting thorough, but no longer!
