continued segfault prob with Solaris8 latest patchset

Back in April I found that Sun's latest 8-recommended patchset now
causes sudo to segfault. That problem, unfortunately, still exists with
latest patches.

Anyone running Solaris 8 with post-March reco/security patchset
installed?

It appears from inspection, that libpam.so has changed as of March 18.
New file is a bit bigger, apparently to contain the bomb. :-)

Is there a way to get sudo to drop core, to get a backtrace?

Thanks for any hints or help.
