[sudo-users] help

Hi,

I read the sudo documentation at courtesan and I can't seem to find anywhere
Where it tells me if I need to run configure on each machine or do 
I just put the sudoers file on each box.

Basically the question is do I need to run "./configure", "make", and "make
install" on
Every box I need sudo configured for ??

Is the software client server based ?

Appreciated sudo experts help !
