Jacob,

Okay, here is what I have settled on, noticed that 'sudoedit' is implied 
by 'ALL'.  Just tell your users to start using sudoedit instead of vi.

# best example
sudoCommand: ALL
sudoCommand: !/usr/bin/vi
sudoCommand: !sudoedit /etc/passwd

Also the sudoedit command should behave itself once the updated 
'parse.c' is pushed out.  Keep an eye out for the updated code.
