[sudo-users] sudo 1.6.8 release candidate 1 is now available

The first release candidate for sudo 1.6.8 is now available.  I
hope to officially release version 1.6.8 next week.

Since this is a release candidate I would love to hear from people
about success stories (or problems), especially on some of the more
esoteric operating systems.

Changes since sudo 1.6.8b6:

 o Added a check in visudo for runas_default being used before it was set.

 o If the target user == invoking user a password is no longer required.
