[sudo-users] lecture: Upgrade pain

Hi,
our debian installation just upgraded sudo from 1.6.? to 1.6.8p3.
We had the line 
        Defaults insults, lecture
in sudoers, which caused some pain: sudo wouldn't run anymore:
        sudo: no value specified for `lecture' on line 10
        sudo: parse error in /etc/sudoers near line 9
After becoming root, visudo crashed when specifying
        Defaults insults, lecture=allways
(reported as #162). This was very confusing :-{

In short: When changing the syntax of sudoers, please make sure
that the old syntax still works.
