[sudo-users] Mail notification

I have set up sudo and allowed specific user several commands.
I have set the default to log all sudo usage to a log file.
I would like a mail notification to be sent when certain users run sudo.
These users are defined in the configuration file. I do not want mail
when other users invoke sudo.

My current configuration is below.
 
Defaults               syslog=auth
Defaults               logfile=/<path to log file>/sudolog
Defaults               mail_always
Defaults         mailto=user at domain.com.au

This mails me every time anyone invokes sudo. Is there a way to exclude
mail being sent for cetain users
