[sudo-users] User maanasa is getting deleted for the group file when used sudo

Hi,

When the  user maanasa use her sudo access, her name alone is removed for
the group. And i could find the below messages in /var/log as below.

Dec 14 20:52:56 Linuxtest sudo:   maanasa : user NOT in sudoers ; TTY=pts/0
; PWD=/home/maanasa ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/bin/bash
Dec 14 20:52:56 Linuxtest kernel: application bug: sudo(9995) has SIGCHLD
set to SIG_IGN but calls wait().
Dec 14 20:52:56 Linuxtest kernel: (see the NOTES section of 'man 2 wait').
Workaround activated.
Dec 14 20:55:50 Linuxtest sshd(pam_unix)[9958]: session closed for user
maanasa
Dec 14 20:55:57 Linuxtest sshd(pam_unix)[10020]: session opened for user
maanasa by (uid=25006)
Dec 14 20:55:59 Linuxtest sudo:   maanasa : user NOT in sudoers ; TTY=pts/0
; PWD=/home/maanasa ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/bin/bash
Dec 14 20:55:59 Linuxtest kernel: application bug: sudo(10049) has SIGCHLD
set to SIG_IGN but calls wait().
