[sudo-users] sudo on AIX

Newbie here
I set up sudo on a RS600 running AIX5.2. In the /etc/sudoers file I
have:
user	ALL=NPASSWD: ALL
When the user runs any sudo (command) he is still getting prompted for a
passwd. 
I have also tried:
user 	ALL=(ALL)	NOPASSWD: ALL
No luck.
