[sudo-users] How to know wether sudo is built with LDAP option or not

If you are looking for a configuration file that you can simply turn on LDAP, it
doesn't work that way. LDAP access is a compile time option, in order for LDAP
to work you would have to compile SUDO with LDAP enabled.
