sudo is for some reason not respecting my NOPASSWD directive for a user.
On different machines this setup is working like expected.
Relevant setup from the sudoers file:
User_Alias LOGROTATE = logrot
Cmnd_Alias LOGROTATE_CMD = /opt/log/sbin/logrotate
LOGROTATE ALL = (root) NOPASSWD: LOGROTATE_CMD
$ sudo -l
User logrot may run the following commands on this host:
(root) NOPASSWD: /opt/log/sbin/logrotate
$ sudo /opt/log/sbin/logrotate
Can someone shed some light on this matter?
