[sudo-users] cannot sudo after short time - ldap/nis configuration

I would suggest including your /etc/ldap.conf, /etc/nsswitch.conf,
relevant pam.conf as well as any others you have configured. Your
subject is ldap/nis. are you using both LDAP & NIS? That would be
strange and could be causing your NSCD problems since conflicts can
confuse the cache.
