[sudo-users] non-root user needs to clear OS cache

Hi there,

the non-root user needs to run something like  "echo 1 >
/proc/sys/vm/drop_caches" to clear the OS cache.

What would be the minimal permissions in sudoers to able the non-root user
to do that?
