[sudo-users] Converting sudoers to LDAP

Hello,

I am trying to understand the mechanics of converting an existing sudoers file to LDAP.

Since negation (!) is ignored for anything other than commands how would one go about converting the following line to LDAP?

	NON_ADMINS      ALL,!ADMIN_HOSTS=(root) ALL,!NEVER_DO
