[sudo-users] #include & #include_dir not working for me in 1.7.2p1

Anyone able to offer some guidance on getting this feature to work? All of
the documentation states that 1.7.x supports this new feature. I am running
1.7.2p2 on Solaris 9. The #include_dir and #include directives are not
working. Please help!
