[sudo-users] Complex Sudo

Hello all

Can someone please help me with below

As user1

Run oracle command with parameters

/app/oracle/fmwhome/mid_instance/bin/frmcmp_batch.sh userid=username/password at dbname module=/tmp/inputfile module_type=/tmp/moduefile output_file=/tmp/outputfile compile_all=yes

Need to put this in sudoers file so user1 can run this command
