[sudo-users] Sudo IO + Centralization

This sounds like a job for an I/O log plugin for sudo 1.8.

The author of sslogger (http://sslogger.sourceforge.net/) has
expressed interest in writing a plugin to connect to his logging
daemon but I don't know if he's actually started work on that.

Note that sudoreplay expects a certain directory hierarchy, but if
you point it to a directory with the expected layout with the -d
option it should just work.
