[sudo-users] [BUG] Another system (solaris 10 sparc) requires --disable-pie flag

Sudo was build using gcc 4.8.0 from OpenCSW.  Specifically:
    gcc4core 4.8.0,REV=2013.04.15
    binutils 2.23.1,REV=2012.12.04
