On a new AIX system running oslevel 7100-03-03-1415, installed Sudo 1.8.10.

When users enter command sudo -n date , expect password message, but get a Memory fault:

nbaixlbg001w:/U3/user/scc> sudo -n date
Memory fault

However does work as root:
root at nbaixlbg001w:/
# sudo -n date
Tue Mar 10 16:20:23 EDT 2015

On other older AIX systems running Sudo 1.8.1p2, get expected password message.

lacomly at nbaixlab004a:/home/lacomly
$ sudo -n date
sudo: sorry, a password is required to run sudo

Is there a problem with this version of Sudo 1.8.10 on AIX 7100-03-03-1415?
Do I need to reinstall with options specified??? Orginally just took defaults when installed.
