[sudo-users] "make check" failing for some time now

Hi Todd,

I noticed that „make check“ on sudo is failing for some time now on Solaris:
  https://buildfarm.opencsw.org/buildbot/waterfall?category=sudo

It is this test that is failing:

> libtool: link: gcc -o .libs/check_noexec check_noexec.o exec_common.o -fstack-protector-strong  ../lib/util/.libs/libsudo_util.so -lintl -lrt -R/usr/local/libexec/sudo
> check_noexec: OK (execl)
> check_noexec: OK (system)
> check_noexec: FAIL (wordexp) [127]
> 
> gmake[1]: *** [Makefile:235: check_sudo_noexec] Error 1
