[sudo-users] Option to change to user's homedir?

Yes, inexperienced users are routinely confused by a 'permission denied'
error when the caller sits in a working directory that is not accessible
by the runas user (whether by direct permissions or nfs/root squash).

Would anyone find it useful to be able to specify that a command
run via sudo be started in the target user's home directory?
