Great. Well if you available and keen to get paid for this work, let me
know, as it's in our mutual interest - (and we require this the sooner
the better).
On a side note and for others interested, there is a similar perhaps a
lot more comprehensive and better solution in the works called scribery [1]

This supports syslog AFAIK and Red Hat have a RFE to include this
project into RHEL[2]

As per the current status of this bugzilla, it is scheduled for RHEL-7.5
but that may get changed to some other release.
I'm not too familiar with it yet, though this may be a better solution
for those interested in this session recording functionality.
