[sudo-users] Sudo remote commands?

Hey sudoers,

The sudo_plugin manpage features a section on "Remote Command execution" which
details usage of the -h host flag to (theoretically) run commands on remote
systems with the help of a sudo plugin. It seems this description was added ~10
years ago in [1] without further elaboration or reference.

I don't believe the sudoers plugin has such a feature. Does anyone know of such
a system or plugin? Has sudo -h ever been used successfully?
