Root Account Deleted

hi everyone...
i have just deleted root account and can't log in back
to my system..
how do i logged back without using cdrom? is there any
other way? i have a program 'top' with sudo
permissions. 
and that's all i know...

P.S. I know that i can mount the disk booting from
cdrom or mount to another working system.. but, what
do i do if these are not possible options?
