1.6.3: compilation fails FNM_CASEFOLD undefined

Actually, this is

checking for working fnmatch with FNM_CASEFOLD

but, yes, this _is_ weird. After

make distclean

it works as expected. I tried to untar and configure once more - and it
still works :-) No idea, how could it go wrong the first time.
