Securid env variables?

I would need to check on where SecurID expects the data to reside.  I think
that when I had it unconfigured, it was not looking in the normal ACE
install path (/usr/ace), so it might be more useful to persue the
configuration of the path.

If Securid works correctly w/o those variables it would probably
be better to just add them to badenv_table in sudo.c
