sudo 1.6.4 beta2 now available

The second beta version of sudo 1.6.4 is now available; I plan to
do the release of 1.6.4 in January of next year.

The following changes have been made since 1.6.4b1:

 o Fixed setting of the USER and LOGNAME environment variables

 o Sudo now re-prompts the user when it gets SIGTTIN or SIGTTOU

 o Documentation corrections and updates
